Our Mission

The Kriegsmarine Network is a gaming and technology community focused on creating a reliable digital environment for players, creators, and communities.

Our mission is to provide gaming services, communication platforms, and digital resources while respecting user privacy and freedom. We are a community built on trust and collaboration, that is why not every part of "The Network" is hosted by one person. You want to create a community within our Fluxer? Go ahead. You wish to use our domain for your Minecraft server? Go ahead. Our main ideas are community, freedom and privacy. If you wish to join our community and build something together, our door is always open. No matter is it for members within our ranks or if you wish to connect with us and do something together, partners are always welcome.

A group of friends which share a fascination in anime and video games bond together. War Thunder and Kantai Collection give us a name.

The earliest chapter began as a group of friends brought together by gaming, anime, and a shared interest in Kantai Collection and Azur Lane. Kriegsmarine Network began as a vision for the future. As the state of the internet and gaming was becoming less than ideal back then we made a Discord server with the name "Kriegsmarine". The internet was coming under fire from a lot of corporate and governmental tampering. Be it information harvesting done by "free" services, sites used for file sharing being shut down or many other forms of monitoring and control.

We ended up organizing our self-hosted game servers, gaming nights and other community events within Discord. There were plans for expansion and a complete severance from Discord and other platforms which were controlled and monitored by others. But life's many surprises led to make setbacks so we never got to make a proper structure nor our own dedication communications platform. This state of affairs lasted for a decade.

While we had bigger plans, life's many wonders make us stagnate on Discord and lose focus on building our own network.

Member numbers dwindling, financial setbacks, personal problems and many other issues led to stagnation. This state of affairs lasted for a decade.

Sparked by a new dark age on the internet even with lesser numbers we set out to make the idea into reality.

Our fears from 2015 started looking like nothing. Discord's announcement for requirement of government IDs for age verification along with the internet at large moving towards removing anonymity from the internet. Along with an uncertain future finally spurred us to take action. Our first steps have been establishing Fluxer to replace our Discord server. And the creation of this website. We are now building infrastructure and looking for more people like us. As such, our Fluxer can be joined by anyone and they can create their own "Communities" on there, just as people made "Servers" on Discord.
