Summary
Kriegsmarine Network is a small, private, approval-only community administered by Xylenz in the European Union. We provide self-hosted Fluxer chat, file-sharing features, game-server hosting, and listings for approved game servers, websites, and other online services.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, transmit, display, moderate, and otherwise provide the features you choose to use.
You must respect the law, other members, third-party rights, system security, and reasonable resource limits. We have zero tolerance for doxxing, stalking, harassment, witch-hunting, malware, piracy, attacks on computer systems, and other serious privacy, safety, or decency violations.
The Services are provided without a service-level agreement. Interruptions and data loss may occur, so you must keep independent backups of anything important.
This summary is provided for convenience. The complete Terms below govern your use of the Services.

1. Agreement and Eligibility
1.1 Accepting these Terms
By requesting or accepting an Account, accessing a Hosted Service, uploading or sharing files, submitting information for publication, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory applicable law, that law prevails. Where these Terms conflict with our Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.
1.2 Private and approval-only membership
Membership is by invitation or administrator approval only. Approval is discretionary and may be refused without creating any entitlement to access.
An invitation or approval is personal to the approved member. You must not sell, transfer, share, or provide your Account to another person without prior permission from the administrator.
1.3 Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so where you live. If you are under the age at which you can independently agree to these Terms, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept them on your behalf and take responsibility for your use.
You must not use the Services if applicable law prohibits your use or if you were previously removed for violating these Terms, unless the administrator expressly permits you to return.
1.4 Relationship with Fluxer
Kriegsmarine Network operates a self-hosted instance of Fluxer software. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kriegsmarine Network is independent from Fluxer Platform AB and is not endorsed, operated, or controlled by Fluxer Platform AB.
2. Your Account
2.1 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, using a strong and unique password, and taking reasonable steps to protect your Account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your Account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you believe your Account or credentials have been lost, compromised, or used without authorization.
2.2 Accurate information
You must provide a working email address and must not intentionally provide false information to evade moderation, impersonate another person, or conceal abusive activity.
2.3 Account access
Accounts and individual features may be restricted, suspended, or removed when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, protection of other members, enforcement of these Terms, or prevention of resource abuse.
Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason for an enforcement decision. Immediate action may be taken without advance warning where conduct is severe, creates an urgent risk, threatens infrastructure, or appears unlawful.
3. Using the Services
3.1 Permitted use
Subject to these Terms and any limits set by the administrator, approved members may use the Services to:
- Send messages and participate in approved Fluxer channels or communities;
- Upload, download, store, and share authorized files;
- Use or administer approved game servers and other Hosted Services;
- Submit authorized server IP addresses, domains, websites, and service descriptions for publication; and
- Take part in other private community activities approved by the administrator.
3.2 Prohibited use
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable law or regulation;
- Threaten, stalk, harass, bully, intimidate, dox, or organize a witch-hunt against another person;
- Publish private, identifying, intimate, or sensitive information without authorization;
- Upload, store, link to, or distribute illegal material;
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other rights belonging to another person;
- Upload or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, malicious scripts, or other harmful code;
- Conduct or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access, exploitation, scanning, phishing, credential theft, or other cyberattacks;
- Operate command-and-control infrastructure, botnets, malicious proxies, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, or similar abusive systems;
- Impersonate another person or service in a misleading or harmful manner;
- Evade bans, moderation measures, permissions, quotas, rate limits, or security controls;
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive promotions;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect member information without authorization;
- Interfere with the availability, security, integrity, or performance of the Services or another user’s systems; or
- Use the Services in any way that unreasonably consumes shared bandwidth, storage, processor time, memory, or administrator attention.
3.3 Game-server and Hosted Service rules
If you receive access to a Hosted Service, you are responsible for your applications, configurations, plugins, modifications, content, and authorized users. You must:
- Use only software, game files, modifications, and content that you are legally entitled to use;
- Keep administrative credentials confidential;
- Follow resource limits and technical instructions set by the administrator;
- Promptly report suspected compromise, abuse, or vulnerabilities;
- Expose only the ports, interfaces, and information intended for public use; and
- Cooperate with reasonable security, maintenance, migration, or abuse-prevention requests.
You must not represent that a Hosted Service is officially operated, guaranteed, or endorsed by Kriegsmarine Network unless we have expressly agreed to that representation.
3.4 File-sharing rules
File sharing is provided for legitimate community use, not as guaranteed archival storage or an unlimited public file-hosting service.
You must have all rights and permissions needed to upload and share a file. You must not share pirated material, stolen data, non-consensual private material, malicious files, leaked credentials, or content whose possession or distribution is unlawful.
Files may be removed, quarantined, access-restricted, or deleted if they violate these Terms, create a security risk, exceed reasonable resource limits, or must be removed for legal or technical reasons.
3.5 Availability and changes
The Services are provided without a service-level agreement. Maintenance, hardware failure, internet outages, software defects, attacks, data corruption, or other events may cause interruptions, reduced performance, or loss of data.
Features, capacity, limits, software, addresses, and Hosted Services may be modified, migrated, suspended, or discontinued. We will give reasonable notice where practical, but urgent security or technical work may occur without advance notice.
3.6 No safety-critical use
The Services are not designed for emergency communications, healthcare, public-safety dispatch, critical infrastructure, life-supporting systems, military or defence operations, or any use where failure, delay, compromise, or data loss could reasonably cause death, injury, serious property damage, or material disruption to essential services.
4. Your Content
4.1 Ownership and responsibility
You retain ownership of your User Content. Kriegsmarine Network does not claim ownership merely because content is uploaded, transmitted, stored, displayed, or hosted through the Services.
You are responsible for your User Content and for having every right, licence, consent, and permission needed to submit it and allow us to process it as described in these Terms.
4.2 Limited licence needed to operate the Services
By submitting User Content, you grant Kriegsmarine Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, cache, display, format, back up, and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Deliver messages and files to the recipients or channels you select;
- Display profiles, posts, media, listings, and other content where you place them;
- Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Services;
- Create backups and recover systems after technical failures;
- Moderate reported or apparently unlawful content in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and
- Provide any other feature you intentionally request.
This licence is limited to operating the Services. We do not acquire an independent right to sell your User Content, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
4.3 Published server, domain, and website information
If you provide a server IP address, port, domain, URL, service description, or similar connection information and ask or agree for it to be listed, you authorize Kriegsmarine Network to publish that information on the agreed Fluxer channels, websites, directories, or community pages.
You confirm that you own or operate the listed service or have permission from its owner or operator to request publication. You must not submit private, internal, residential, administrative, or otherwise sensitive connection information belonging to another person without clear authorization.
You may request removal of an authorized listing by emailing [email protected]. Removal from systems under our control cannot remove independent copies, search-engine indexes, archives, screenshots, or reposts created by third parties.
4.4 Deletion and retention
You may request deletion of eligible User Content or Account information by contacting the administrator. Deletion may not be immediate where information remains in backups, is needed for security or abuse investigations, must be preserved by law, or is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Our current retention practices, including retention of server logs and backups for up to two years, are described in our Privacy Policy.
4.5 Content review and moderation
Fluxer chats are not end-to-end encrypted. The administrator is technically capable of accessing stored content but will not review private content out of curiosity or for personal purposes.
Content may be accessed or reviewed where there is a specific and legitimate reason, including a report of harassment, doxxing, threats, illegal material, account compromise, malware, service abuse, or another safety, security, technical, or legal concern. Review will be limited to the information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
4.6 Copyright and other rights complaints
If you believe content available through the Services violates your copyright or other rights, contact [email protected] and provide:
- A description of the protected work or right;
- The location of the disputed material;
- An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
- Your relationship to the relevant right or rights holder; and
- Enough information for us to evaluate and respond to the complaint.
We may remove or restrict disputed material while investigating. Knowingly submitting false or abusive complaints is itself a violation of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use and Service Integrity
5.1 Fair use of shared resources
Storage, bandwidth, processing power, memory, network capacity, and administrator time are shared and limited resources. Use must remain reasonable for a small private community.
We may impose or adjust file-size limits, storage quotas, player limits, bandwidth limits, processor or memory limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions where reasonably necessary to preserve the Services for everyone.
Abusive use includes:
- Using the Services primarily as unlimited personal or public cloud storage;
- Creating excessive or unusual load that harms other users or systems;
- Running unauthorized automated workloads, miners, relays, proxies, crawlers, or bots;
- Deliberately stress-testing or benchmarking infrastructure without prior permission;
- Attempting to bypass quotas, rate limits, or resource controls; and
- Continuing resource-intensive activity after being asked to reduce or stop it.
5.2 Service integrity and community safety
We may monitor technical signals and act against:
- Spam, bulk messaging, or automated abuse;
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or malicious hosting;
- Unauthorized scraping or data harvesting;
- Community raiding, brigading, coordinated harassment, or witch-hunting;
- Attempts to bypass permissions, moderation, bans, or security controls;
- Attacks against the Network, its members, or third-party systems; and
- Any conduct that creates an unreasonable security, legal, reputational, or operational risk.
5.3 Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness, context, and risk of a violation, we may issue a warning, remove or quarantine content, disable a feature, stop a Hosted Service, restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, suspend an Account, or permanently remove a member.
Severe privacy violations, credible threats, illegal material, malware, attacks on computer systems, or conduct creating an immediate risk may result in action without prior warning. Where necessary and lawful, apparently unlawful conduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5.4 Reporting and review
Suspected violations, security incidents, and requests to review an enforcement decision may be sent to [email protected]. Include only the information reasonably necessary to explain the issue.
The administrator will review requests in good faith, but continued access remains subject to these Terms, available resources, security requirements, and applicable law.
